Signed up for Snowball about 2 months ago but had some massive personal set backs in my personal life that pulled me away from being able to get things synched up and moving for our affiliate program. I finally got to diving into the platform over the last 2 days and this is hands down the best affiliate site I've come across. The customer support has been incredible and the tutorials and walk throughs have been such a game changer as I'm learning and understanding the platform. So stoked to be using Snowball. We recently switched to Social Snowball for referrals and affiliates and have been really pleased with the service so far! We've had quite a few questions with set up but the customer support from Mals has always been excellent. Any issues we've had have been resolved very quickly :)
