Social Snowball has been an incredible platform to use. Seamless to onboard, use, and scale our affiliates. Mals has been THE BEST communicator on the Social Snowball team and helps us on a daily basis if we need questions answered. She took a call at 1AM EST the other day, lol! Social Snowball rocks.

Functionalities look great but I could not get it to work, very complicated and the support never got back to me.

This is a super cool tool that our company is so excited about. We had a few bumps as our website is headless but our rep Maxwell Lewis has done an amazing job supporting us all throughout the way! Such a helpful and great guy showing us all the features SS has to offer! Thank you Max :)

The support experience has been disappointing. I waited a month for the Klaviyo integration templates, which I still haven’t received. Despite not being able to use the platform due to the Klaviyo issue, I was billed and denied a refund. Additionally, setup is challenging, and the affiliate link cannot be used in TikTok post.

Easiest affiliate marketing software to use and it comes with excellent support. From day 1 they handled everything for us. They have also made multiple new updates since we started using the platform. We highly recommend this app.

We are still in the early stages of fully activating with Social Snowball, and while the experience has been promising overall, there have been some significant challenges. The platform is designed to operate with a hands-off approach once set up, which should eventually save our staff time and allow them to focus on other critical areas of the business. However, the initial setup and integration with Klaviyo have been very time-consuming and complex. We've encountered issues where affiliates don't receive emails because they aren't subscribed, or randomly miss emails that are sent out. Additionally, when we transferred affiliates from another platform, many didn't receive the welcome email, even though flows were in place, leading to confusion and frustration. In addition, working with Snowball's partners, Tremendous and Trolley, has been incredibly frustrating. It felt like we were being given the runaround when trying to gather the necessary information to move forward and no one would connect with us on a phone call. While I am still working through these kinks, I must acknowledge that Mals has been incredibly helpful throughout this process, consistently providing quick and effective communication, which has helped make the setup process smoother.

Signed up for Snowball about 2 months ago but had some massive personal set backs in my personal life that pulled me away from being able to get things synched up and moving for our affiliate program. I finally got to diving into the platform over the last 2 days and this is hands down the best affiliate site I've come across. 2024-04-25: So far so good. Customer service is great. I will try to come back and update my review once we have our program fully running and have some results.

We recently switched to Social Snowball for referrals and affiliates and have been really pleased with the service so far! We've had quite a few questions with set up but the customer support from Mals has always been excellent. Any issues we've had have been resolved very quickly :)
