We are still in the early stages of fully activating with Social Snowball, and while the experience has been promising overall, there have been some significant challenges. The platform is designed to operate with a hands-off approach once set up, which should eventually save our staff time and allow them to focus on other critical areas of the business. However, the initial setup and integration with Klaviyo have been very time-consuming and complex. We've encountered issues where affiliates don't receive emails because they aren't subscribed, or randomly miss emails that are sent out. Additionally, when we transferred affiliates from another platform, many didn't receive the welcome email, even though flows were in place, leading to confusion and frustration. In addition, working with Snowball's partners, Tremendous and Trolley, has been incredibly frustrating. It felt like we were being given the runaround when trying to gather the necessary information to move forward and no one would connect with us on a phone call. While I am still working through these kinks, I must acknowledge that Mals has been incredibly helpful throughout this process, consistently providing quick and effective communication, which has helped make the setup process smoother.
