I'm brand new to this ... but I can say for certain that the help I got through their chat mechanism really helped me along. I had a few questions about how the app was going to work. I dealt both with Cole and Lisa and quickly got answers to my questions, strategy hints and technical help. I waited on average - about 10 minutes for help (they said I'd get it within 4 hours so this was a relief). Hopefully use of the SMILE app will be smooth sailing, but for what it's worth; I'm happy there are people "nearby" to help if I have problems

This app is SO worth it. We recently switched our POS to Shopify and our in store customers are loving the new rewards so much more than our old system. Before they had to wait for a monthly batch to use them. Now they can use them on their next purchase. And the Smile apps customer service is top notch.
