Smile has made it easy for my business to reach out to customers about loyalty points they've gained with us without even knowing! It integrates with our POS as well, making using points in-person easy. Due to the nature of my business, Smiles tiered price structure meant sometimes I'd pay for orders that weren't points-eligible, but upon reaching out to their customer service, Cole was able help me and my somewhat unique situation so I could retain my customer base as is. And in less than 10 minutes! Definitely would recommend for ease of use and customer service!

I was having issues with the app and emailed customer service. Honestly, I never expected to receive a response, but 5 minutes after I emailed, I got a response from Shelby and she was so helpful and thorough. Turns out the error was on our end, but the customer service was great.

Very intuitive app, works from day 1 with no friction. Its very user friendly but most importantly, I had a few doubts to resolve and in a world right now where you only get answers from faulty AI assistance, their customer service was on spot, fast and most importantly...
