Had a minor issue, Support replied within *minutes* and addressed my issue perfectly (I wasn't waiting long enough to see changes on the live site). Aside from that, the app has worked flawlessly since I installed it about 8 months ago.

We are yet to go live with this on our website, but we are so excited to push go soon! The SMILE team have been the most wonderful crew of people to work with! They have been SO helpful and literally walked us through step by step with our initial set up! We couldn't have done it without their guidance. Smile doesn't do everything I've dreamed up (could be a little more customizable), but it covers most needs, and the customer service is above par. Just wonderful to deal with. It's a great loyalty option, for sure!
