The Smile app has been one of the easiest loyalty and referral apps I’ve set up on Shopify. Their support team, Cole, Shelby, and Lynn, were always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any technical questions I had. If a feature wasn’t available, they didn’t just brush it off; they passed along recommendations to their product team as possible future enhancements. Unlike many other apps with endless chatbots or large teams of agents giving generic responses, Smile has a small team of real people who actually care and help you get your program up and running. That personal touch really stood out. I was shopping around for a rewards program for our store and I reached out to Smile with some questions. Their team was super helpful and responsive. Andrea, Lynn, Cole, Shelby and their entire team helped answer any questions I had. Setup was easy too. EDIT: I had some follow up questions and Lynn was super helpful and answered all my questions very quickly!
