The customer service of the Smile.io team is such a gold standard! They have really went above and beyond to accommodate my account to really fix all my needs. Because they were cheaper than Loyalty Lion, we tried Smile.io five years ago and held our breath. Would it work? Fabulously! Did everything we wanted and more. Easy usability, 100% performance, excellent service crew. And constant improvements with no raise in price and no "contracts". Just like it's all supposed to be.
