Disappointed with customer support. They promise a lot, but then after you've paid the yearly fee, they don't deliver. Would not recommend this service. Also I don't find the user interface very intuitive.

Do not use, even if this app was free or they paid me to use it. We paid $3500USD for their app, they promised quite a few options and none of them ever came through, reviews didnt show 50% of the time on our collection and product pages and they never did anything about it, we found out after 5 months, emails and chat and they never did anything.

They have no understanding for what is required for eccomerce and reviews. Before we signed up, we had a few questions as we required certain services. They said they could do all of them. Once we signed up and started using these services we realised that none of what we needed was possible with Sitejabber. over $5000 AUD for what we could have paid judge.me for 2 apps and offered much more for less than $50 AUD per month. We obviously complained so they tried to do the word to offer what we were told that they could already do. Mind you this never occurred and it wasn't possible throughout our paid subscription. We complained again and they said out of all of their clients they had never had to do so much work. So blamed us. If they were honest from the beginning we wouldn't have signed up them. Lazy, unprofessional, and basically clueless when it comes to eCommerce and reviews. Frustrating and a waste of money and time.

I downloaded this app to my store in hopes that new reviews will get me more business. Unfortunately for me, there is a business by similar name who sells brushes. I have nothing to do with it. But since all these disgruntled women cannot be bothered to check that its a different business. They leave me 1 star reviews, each of them disputed with sitejabber, I have publicly and privately responded to reviews with increasing exasperation, requested authentication and disputed reviews because they are truly meant for another business, written emails to site jabber, guess what, I haven't heard anything back in the last 3 weeks. 3 weeks of no response, to anything. I would understand if it was 1 missed email or two.. 3 weeks of continuous requests and nothing. I wouldn't have reached out if those were reviews written by my customers, for my products , my service, but they're not meant for me.. then what is withholding this company from helping their patron? Are they lazy? Or they simply do not care? So if you are looking to not be helped, please download this app to your store.
