Terrific app, and has allowed for more transparency & better UI/UX for our customers when purchasing bundle SKUs! It replaced the need to use bundling/kitting in our WMS, and has improved our workflows as a result. It's been a seamless transition, and shout out the support team & Cherry!

Very hard to set up the app for multi-select for just one product (probably works great for actual bundles of different products), but their small team is very willing to help you configure it. Much appreciated for all the help. Will update again later when I have fully configured the app.

Just added the app to my store and was having technical difficulties on getting the bundle set up to work with POD (Printful). I contacted Simple Bundles & Kits and they promptly responded and assisted me in figuring out what I did wrong during set up. They were very helpful and again very prompt and courteous response.

Doesn't have actual mix and match. Mix and match you can have multiple DIFFERENT products to choose from and you can mix and match. What your youtube video shows for "mix and match" is a basic bundle. 2 products. What are you mixing and matching?

Very easy to use, integrates easily into our external ERP system, and the customer support is both thorough and quick - even when just on the basic plan.

Very hard to set up multi-packs for one product, which is the basics of what a small business needs as they grow and are probably using the free trial for. Wasted probably 4 hours trying to set it up. Support is over email so it is very long drawn out process to get feedback. Will unfortunately be using a different app, this seemed as it had potential and good features but too complicated.

So far it's working perfectly for our inventory needs. Customer service was incredibly helpful and quick to respond too.

We have been using this app for our "mix and match" bundles. It's simple to set up and works brilliantly. Although we've had a few technical hiccups, the support is always on hand to answer questions and even dive into our theme to resolve them directly.

Good app, helpful customer support! I am ofering 4* only because they dont have video-call format. It's way practical to have a quick 15-30min call to solve issue, then long email threads. For simple and not sophisticated shops it does the job.
