Great app, i use the free plan and had an issue where it wouldn't show me what a customer had ordered. I had a reply within the hour and a solution straight away! (My upsell app stopped it from coming through). Deleted the upsell and all fixed.

I initially deleted the Shop Bundle app out of frustration because I couldn’t figure out how to add my products. However, the customer service team completely turned things around. They reached out to me immediately, patiently walked me through every single step via email, and even ensured the next team followed up seamlessly. Simple bundles has been a very easy app to use that has the features we need like selling a product (W) that consists of Product X and Product Y, and removing 1 inventory of each X and Y when selling W. The support staff is also fantastic, very very fast response. Much quicker than any other shopify app we've used. Shoutout to Shadia M. and David L. for their help.
