The customer service was absolutely wonderful, quick, and extremely friendly. I was stuck with my problem for too long, and when I asked customer service about it, I received a personalized instructional video within 15 minutes. At least during the construction phase, the app works exactly as it should, and overall, I am very satisfied with everything. It is especially important that customer service works well, and for this, a big thank you and congratulations to the customer service team.

Fairly easy to set up with minimal prior knowledge required beforehand. I had specific requests I was having issues implementing and the team was more than happy to assist me with making everything work properly.

This app is a rockstar. It's really able to customise almost sales mechanics you can think of. No matter how complicated, the team will always find ways to simplify it, show you just-recorded tutorials on how to solve your issues (even if they can't, they'll suggest ways to work around it), follow up, and just make sure that you got your queries solved. The best part is they made their interface much like Shopify (not like those apps that overcomplicate the IU/UX) Rosamie, David, and Stella were the ones who assisted me despite me being confused and they were also very patient and kind. Although i won't be needing their app now, I really appreciate their help and kindness and will always recommend them to my fellow business friends who uses Shopify! Our store has been using this app for a year now, and it suits our needs very well. Our sales of entry level items (socks and underwear) has increased due to the bundle options, so that we are now developing a greater range of bundles using the Infinite bundling option, so that customers can choose from a range of colours and sizes. Customer support has always been brilliant with going above and beyond with their quick and detailed responses to my enquiries regarding best set up options and how-to's, and have assisted in tweaking some fields to suit our requirements. Overall very happy with the app, and the quick, friendly and efficient service. All the customer has to do is select from the available options and add to cart, the bundle product is separate to the original 'single' product but inventory feeds directly from the original product. So no need to manage a separate inventory for the bundle product - this is perfect for us!

Easy to get bundles launched, great support when required :)

This is a great app if you're looking for something easy but effective! We tried looking for a good bundle app for a minute and this one seemed to work the best for our business. The communication with customer service has always been helpful and pretty fast. The only thing I would hope for in the future is a way to have phone call chats so it can be easier to get help and explain more complicated things instead of over email. Otherwise this app has been great and its a great price for the return we've gotten through it! :)
