Shuttle is a crucial part of keeping my business operating smoothly. I sell across two platforms and it does wonders syncing product update and sales. I also use it is low-stock feature extensively and the syncing of orders between platforms so i an fill orders in one place. Not to mention that support is top-notch. Always personable and helpful. Can't recommend enough!

Love this app! I have tried a handful of other apps to help with syncing my Shopify and Etsy and shuttle has been my favorite. Shuttle has saved me so much time between auto syncing my stock and order transferring. Setting everything up can be a little confusing but once you do it you’re good to go.

It works well, doesn't have problems, has tons of options, is easy to set up, saves me a TON of time, and makes it possible so I can have both an Etsy shop and a Shopify website. Highly recommend!

We have a fabric and notions business on Etsy and have been working on building up our website through Shopify. The complexity of inventory management for fabric-by-the-yardage required a lot of problem solving and constant adaptations both from business and operational aspects. Shuttle was a key addition to solving our syncing issue for variants that carry the same SKU. It also helps separate our unique offerings from the two selling platforms. It has been a huge learning curve and some bumps on the road but the support staff has been a godsend - shoutout to Nimo!

Frustrating and unreliable. I wasted months trying to make Shuttle work for Shopify Etsy. The sync was messy, SKUs constantly broke, and the dashboard was confusing. Support wasn’t helpful and I felt stuck the whole time. Switched to LitCommerce and instantly made progress, wish I’d moved sooner.

Best support ever! We needed some custom settings for sync and they were super helpful (even during weekends). Best app for Etsy and Shopify platforms.

I STRONGLY urge you to state your live-chat hours clearly and visibly — including the time zone. It’s incredibly frustrating not knowing when you’ll actually be back online. And when you do reply, please cover all possible details, since by the time we read your message, you’ll likely be offline again. The current experience is unnecessarily aggravating.
