We have a fabric and notions business on Etsy and have been working on building up our website through Shopify. The complexity of inventory management for fabric-by-the-yardage required a lot of problem solving and constant adaptations both from business and operational aspects. I STRONGLY urge you to state your live-chat hours clearly and visibly — including the time zone. It’s incredibly frustrating not knowing when you’ll actually be back online. And when you do reply, please cover all possible details, since by the time we read your message, you’ll likely be offline again. The current experience is unnecessarily aggravating.
