i like this part It does what it says on the tin, its easy to use and change the templates. I have set up several automatic workflows as well as sending out newsletters.

Havent tried a lot of other apps in this domain, pretty simple and straight forward, gets the job done easily!

I like using Shopify email over other apps. Can be used to segment, set up campaigns and more!

The email automation is good. Some of the items like social media input should stay in place and edited as needed. Templates available could be more creative going forward and more AI with details. But overall its a good feature easy to manipulate and the fact that you dont have to leave the app to create a email is a plus and of course its in the subscription no extra cost to cover.
