I've had a very disappointing experience with the Shipturtle app, especially when it comes to their support. At the beginning, during the first two days of the trial, they were extremely active and responsive. They replied quickly, guided me through setup, and gave the impression that they really cared about my business and would be available whenever I needed help. However, after those first two days, everything changed. Instead of continuing the same level of support, they just created a WhatsApp group and then basically disappeared. Messages in the group are either ignored completely or answered after a very long time, and even then the replies are not very helpful. Most of my questions and issues have just been left hanging with no proper resolution. Calling them is also pointless. Whenever you try to call, they either don't pick up at all or the phone is switched off. There is no sense of responsibility or urgency from their side. For a business app that people rely on for day‑to‑day operations, this kind of support is completely unacceptable. Overall, I feel misled. They appear very supportive at the start of the trial just to get you on board, and once you're in, the support quality drops sharply. If you are planning to run a serious, real business and need reliable, consistent support, I would strongly recommend that you do NOT use the Shipturtle app.

We hired Shipturtle for custom work and paid a lot, but after more than three months the app still doesn’t work properly. It’s full of bugs and has caused us more problems than solutions. We asked for a refund, but they refused. Thankfully, we paid through Shopify and have a signed contract, so we’re taking it up with them now. Just a very frustrating experience overall.

I cancelled my subscription and even received a confirmation email, yet they continue charging me. I’ve emailed them multiple times with no response. Completely unprofessional, still being billed after cancellation is unacceptable. Not recommended at all.

Horrible service, we paid extra for a custom work, however the time it takes them is very long - still haven't finsihed even after we agreed on 1 month and 3 months have already passed. The app doesn't work well at all, many bugs and wrong details seems that this is not a serous company at all, luckly we paid through Shopify we will open a claim if needed

This app just can’t be trusted if you want to run a business. There are constant and repeating failures of basic things like computing shipping charges, invoicing customers and vendors using the correct maths, and - worse of all - their external integrations just don’t work. Their eBay sync hasn’t updated parts of my catalogue in 3 months, despite multiple re-installs and reboots of the connection. Their Magento integration took 8 weeks to complete, against a promise of a few hours, and still doesn’t work properly. Basically, if you want your business to run reliably on fresh data, don’t use this app.

did not liked it existing vendor are getting counted even they do not use this portal to ship. multi location option not available
