Horrible service, we paid extra for a custom work, however the time it takes them is very long - still haven't finsihed even after we agreed on 1 month and 3 months have already passed. The app doesn't work well at all, many bugs and wrong details seems that this is not a serous company at all, luckly we paid through Shopify we will open a claim if needed
I have a few things to mention. 1. Support did not get back to me for a few days when they tell you within 24 business hours. I needed their support because they wrote some of the coding wrong and needed it fixed as customers could see the mistakes. Another thing they told me is it was better to join Whatsapp just to get faster support? Who does that? So strange. I'm not downloading another app just to get faster support when it should be already built into your store database. 2. The base price gives you some things but if transitioning to a multi-vendor marketplace, the price goes from the base price to another $30-$45/month. 3. Only being able to add a 20 MB file document or tack on another add on monthly fee is ridiculous. It's barely any storage. I switched to a different company which is a better fit for my company and provides a more seamless experience overall.

We have tried Webkul's solution (too complex, non-existent support) and Puppetvendors (great support, limited functionality) before we adopted Shipturtle. Overall, it's been very good but there have been - and remain - many ongoing functionality bugs that need to be removed from their system. So I won't sugar coat that some big technical bugs exist and are negatively impacting my business repeatedly, but Shipturtle's solution is overall the best compromise between absurd complexity (Webkul) and outstanding customer service (Puppetvendor). Shipturtle's support is honest and near-realtime in most cases, and we've solved many problems together. I am confident we will continue to find more problems and solve them together. What I like the most is the humility and honesty of the support team: they own their problems, admit to them, and work in close partnership with us to fix them. It's not all roses, but they're great partners and their product is overall very good.
We've been using Shipturtle for Kala Curry to manage our growing network of artisan vendors across India, and it's been a game-changer in many ways. The platform makes it easy to onboard and coordinate with multiple vendors, track orders, and manage shipping logistics. The user interface is clean and intuitive, and the team has been responsive whenever we've had questions or needed support. That said, there’s still a bit of room for improvement—especially around customization options for vendor communication and dashboard insights and more consistent customer support. But overall, Shipturtle has helped us save a lot of time and brought structure to what used to be a fairly scattered process. Definitely recommend it if you're running a marketplace or working with multiple sellers.
This app just can’t be trusted if you want to run a business. There are constant and repeating failures of basic things like computing shipping charges, invoicing customers and vendors using the correct maths, and - worse of all - their external integrations just don’t work. Their eBay sync hasn’t updated parts of my catalogue in 3 months, despite multiple re-installs and reboots of the connection. Their Magento integration took 8 weeks to complete, against a promise of a few hours, and still doesn’t work properly. Basically, if you want your business to run reliably on fresh data, don’t use this app.
