I've been very happy with ShipStation so far. For the most part, it just works. And for the times that it didn't, some settings adjustments fixed my issues. I find their offering expensive for my size business (really tiny), but it's a situation of you-get-what-you-pay-for. Customer service has been top notch, even though I'm sure I'm one of their smallest accounts.

ShipStation is so easy to use. It walks you completely through the process of shipping your package. It sends notification about upcoming changes to carrier pricing, and services. It also gives you Shipping analytics which is very helpful.
