So far so good. It has its learning curves but not as bad as some of these reviews. It's been great having my 3 shops in one place, I love to be able to use the barcode scanner to correctly pack orders. My only complaint is can't get the ShipStation Connect App to work and the chat customer service is very slow to respond, and they normally respond very late in the day.

Shipstation has really helped my small business pull everything together in one place making it so much more effecient. It was a lot to take in at first, but our rep, Chelly made everything so easy. This is the 3rd shipping platform I've used with Shopify. ShipStation is by far the best. All of the big shipping platforms contract for very similar rates, so for me its not about saving money. ShipStations support is where they shine. I've never had an outage for more than an hour or so and have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes to talk to support, even on weekends or off hours.
