Shipping Protect has been a really easy app to use. It has allowed our customers piece of mind that there parcel will arrive safe and sound and has been an easy way for us to collect fee to pass onto our delivery service without it being an out of pocket expense. App is a nightmare. Can't put in decimal points in the flat rate, so $1.25 shows up at $125. App did not work upon activation. Also once installed, my flat rate shipping turned into weight based. Waste of time.

I had some issues with the app after upgrading our theme to the latest version, and couldn't get this working for some time. Support was able to resolve the issues I was having and everything appears to be working now. For the time the app has been working we've seen a great ROI and have been very pleased with it.
