chat tech support is horrible. apparently, you cant order samples of metal prints and canvas prints with your artwork on them. they just wont tell you. you will be in a chat session till your kids come for thanksgiving to visit you in an Assisted Living Facility. Sad... I set up all my art there, and had to find another vendor all because I could not see and touch what I would be selling to others.

The app is glitching. When uploading artwork such as posters I have encountered it will not load product preview images.. I have to try it a few times to get images loading and sometimes not all options appear. I also do not like the image quality at all. My posters look grainy and not vibrant especially when you zoom in preview on my website. I think something is wrong on your end. I followed all requirements for images.

This is a long time coming and should have been posted sooner. After almost a year I have to say that Shineon not only provides a lot of different great items to sell at good costs, but they also provide a GREAT community and support to get started. It's been a serious learning process but there is a team and community to help. They have been my main source for all that I've learned so far. Thank you for creating the great community in launchpad. The support calls have been invaluable. And now new PODU which offers additional assistance with creating products. I highly recommend.

Great products and great customer service. The team communicates well and are responsived to questions and issues. The App is a little quirky at times and there are some limitations if you are not just selling single items at a time.

I think this company is absolutely brilliant! I haven't made a sale yet, I've been stock piling designs in my store but I'm so excited to work with you!

So far so good, it was easy to set up and the products are beautiful. I just wish they would expand their product line. Overall, I reccomend it.

This proccess has been super simple and easy for me. wish the pricing was a bit better but you gotta pay to play now a days. see what I did there. 5/5

I just created and posted my first Shine-On product and it was very easy to do. Following the guidance of the videos helped the process tremendously and it's in my shop ready for Black Friday! Now I just have to sell a thousand of them! Hooray!

I like what I have seen so far but am having a little trouble getting everything figured out between my store build and getting shineon products added correctly. I'll figure it out though.

Every product I added to my site has no notation that it's out of stock. but when I look at it on my website, every single one says Out of Stock. How can items that are to be personalized all be out of stock. Also a video or 2 to watch on how to use your site would be helpful as opposed to a bunch of posts to read

Love, love, love this app! The products are awesome, the app is easy to use and integrate with your Shopify store. I also really like that you can buy samples to use for your product video reviews.

ShineOn is here to help you wherever they can. You have access to templates, teaching, tutorials and more! ShineOn does a great job in giving you a little nudge towards success.

Can't remember if i've yet made previous reviews; it'll always deserve more. this brand needs more recognition, despite already being at the top. they are seriously this good!

Very happy so far with creating designs and getting my products listed. It's Easy to understand and use. I just wish it was a little cheaper per month to use. Especially when your just starting out it can be a little pricy. All in all this is a great app.
