There are many problems with the name necklaces. If you try to personalize to show a "from" or "to" input box, then the name for the pendant does not show. Therefore the only thing that can be personalized is the "Pendant" but not the card. The variant selectors are not working. If you delete a variant it cannot be added back in. You have to start all over again. I just think that for such a big company, you can do better with the designing part of the process.

I have had such a great experience working with ShineOn for my Etsy business. Products are never late, almost never incorrect.
