I would be better if the serial number would follow the products directly, like a vin number to a car.

This app saved me!!! I was out of options. I tried every serial number delivery service available. I don't have the capital to use many of these options, and with the sudden high demand on my free plugin, I wasn't sure that I was going to get anything to work. I tried this one, and I could tell it was the only way forward for me, but I was having some trouble, as web design is not my thing. I didn't have anywhere to turn to. I figured I'd ask if the developer to assist me, and I didn't have any expectations, but I certainly didn't expect a hero! Unbelievable service, friendly, helpful, and an app that works! Everything needs to be like this!

The app developer is responsive and quick to implement improvements e.g. the one in the other review about being unable to search and more recently he adjusted/fixed functionality around swapping used serials back to new serials if they are removed from a product. General thoughts on the app below: -solid serial functionality in an easy to use app -serials are all stored within the app and you can add an app block to the order details page in the admin to see serials from this page (not just within the app) which is a nice workflow -main benefit is for businesses who need a serial automatically assigned at the time of order as the app does this very well -it works fine with POS -easy to search by serial number -quickly see used/new serials at the variant level -would be nice to be able to choose between auto assigning a serial or manually assigning a specific (or custom) serial
