Platform and integration are reliable, the customer service is prompt. The colab with the insurance with Xcover is great, simple and efficient when a package goes missing. Of course the sending rates are expensive but all postage is these days!

Nicely integrated, easy to use shipping an returns solution. We're using Sendcloud wiht both own carrier contracts as well as Sendcloud rates for specific carriers, which are also very competitive. The seamless integration with Shopify along with the automations save us a lot of time and resources. Lots of customization options as well - a really recommendable tool!

Great integration with the Shopify store and great customer service. They seem to be constantly adding new features too, which, at least compared to competitors, are well-priced and much welcome.

SendsCloud me fait vraiment gagner un temps précieux. L’intégration a été simple et rapide, avec un accompagnement au départ qui m’a bien aidée. Les rares fois où j’ai eu besoin du support, j’ai toujours eu affaire à des personnes disponibles et sympathiques.
