Jenn at FlavorCloud has provided the most exceptional service I've experienced in years. The onboarding process is phenomenal and she is very proactive in following up on back end set up.

Seriously good service! And I am talking both the actual shipping solutions, and the customer service, attention to detail, care and support from the Flavorcloud team. Since we onboarded almost a year ago, I've been able to direct every single question to a single person, Ryan. They don't hand you off to some overseas support-line with two days response time or ask you to talk to a chatbot. Ryan genuinely answers any questions or concern we might have usually within minutes. A few hours, max. Not days or weeks. And they take our very specific questions and problems we run into seriously. This says a lot about the actual company, that they let customer support issues reach all the way to the top, and the developers. Just today I found some functionality we would find useful in our company, I let Ryan know, he spoke to the CEO, and the development is now in the pipeline. We would not trust anyone other than the Flavorcloud team with us-based international shipping.

Simply not useful for sellers in the UK. At no point is this made clear during the setup process or onboarding process that the system doesn't work properly for sellers in the UK, or when you start to pay for the premium plans. If you want to ship from the UK, you need to contact customer service (who operate on a US time schedule) and have them manually contact a courier in the UK and negotiate a cost before you even get a label you can use. This whole thing takes 3+ days every single time you want to ship an item, and often the customer service agent isn't aware that they have to do this at all, so they tell you to use the 'consolidate' option in the app multiple times before they recognise your problem. The onboarding "customer success managers" just tell you to contact support by email and can't offer any other help at all. If you're in the UK, avoid this app and system.

We’ve had a great experience with FlavorCloud. It has made international shipping so much easier. Customer service tickets have gone down, pricing is clearer for our customers, and the support team is very responsive. Our account rep Ryan is especially fantastic. He’s a true partner, always bringing smart ideas and strategies to help boost conversions. He’s proactive, helpful, and always focused on driving results. We're very happy we made the switch.
