We were misled from the beginning - sales heavily oversold features that either don’t exist or simply don’t work as promised. After onboarding, the tech team failed to deliver, and the support experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We encountered serious language barriers, with support frequently struggling to communicate clearly. Basic business terms were constantly confused - cost and price, purchase order and point of sale - leading to major confusion and data errors. We even heard phrases like, “What’s the word in English I’m looking for?” during critical conversations. It was unacceptable.
