We’ve been experiencing serious issues with Sellbrite allowing Amazon to oversell our inventory for over a month now. Initially, we assumed it was a mistake on our end, but after closely monitoring the situation, we discovered that Sellbrite was not syncing any inventory data from our Shopify store. Multiple products that are marked as drafts with zero inventory in Shopify are still showing quantities of 5–10 in Sellbrite. We reached out through live chat in hopes of resolving the issue, but after waiting seven days with no action taken to even open a support ticket, we’ve had enough. We're removing the app from our store and actively seeking a more reliable solution. If you're a business managing a large catalog and need accurate inventory syncing with Amazon, this is definitely not the solution.

I have been with sellbrite for a couple of years and have two accounts. The on account is for son and he periodically makes things for me to post for him. It is not daily or weekly. Well, we have been working on Christmas stockings and I wanted to post them. Unfortunately, our tokens had expired and we were not able to get them back. I talked to my SEO person and they tried to help where they could but still no tokens to be able to post. Everyone at Sellbrite worked and worked with me to get this back up and running. Finally, I got my Christmas present, they (as a team) got me back up and running on both sites. I am so happy about that. With this company, you are definitely in good hands and they will work until the matter is fixed or resolved. Hands down, they are the best to work with it.

you cannot do a live API feed to the inventory catalog. you cannot continue to import data once the product catalog is setup. it is all csv updates nothing automated. the data to amazon you can only do 1 price you cand do business price, lowest price, sale price. the info to ebay you cannot do specifications. if you wan to update inventory in a significant way its all b y hand or spreadsheet which was the same technology as he 1980s. this site is good for less than 100 products.

The app has functioned just as it's supposed to so far. I'm not the most tech savvy person, I mean I'm not facebook user bad, but E-commerce is definitely a new frontier. When I got in touch with their online support, they were really helpful in answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had.

I have had some problems but every time I write someone, I get a response and they work with me to get the correct response. It really helps with inventory. Yes, I will admit ebay is slow but it is all on ebay not on Sellbrite. Etsy is always spot on which tells me it is ebay. They just can't seem to keep up. I try to stay on top of inventory which helps Sellbrite know what my inventory is. Great people to work with.

*Final Update* a little kicking a screaming and I got the needed attention. The issue is resolved' *Update* apparently, I am somehow incorrect in my assessment despite reporting my concern a month ago. Apparently, the ticket was only created 6 days ago. I requested information regarding the ticket but was not provided any information or timeline. I guess customer service kept me informed and was actually trying to fix the issue when it was first reported. My multiple marketplace integrations is actually very important to Sellbright. I've using this service for quite some time now and it is decent. Makes integrations relatively easy. However, if something goes wrong and the front-line costumer service team doesn't know how to resolve the issue, don't expect much help or information given. Walmart hasn't worked in over a month, and the Sellbrite Customer Service Team is basically ghosting me. Considering taking all my integrations away if I can't get any sort of proper explanation or timeline.
