I've been using Serguno Email since 2019, publishing a newsletter every week. I find that it a very easy and simple tool to use use. It has great features and great support.

Cela fait maintenant 4 jours (week-end inclus) que j’attends une solution concrète pour pouvoir simplement démarrer avec l’application, qui m’affiche des messages d’erreur bloquants. À ce jour, j’ai reçu une seule réponse, puis plus rien pendant plusieurs heures, sans suivi ni résolution. Quand on choisit un outil censé accompagner des professionnels, ce manque de réactivité est clairement problématique. Impossible de commencer à utiliser le service dans ces conditions. Je ne recommande absolument pas Seguno pour son service client.

The templates kinda suck. Have been no new ones for ages. Looks bland, doesn't match my stores theme. The builder is not good. No replies for support. Increase in prices. One star buds.
