Section Store is an essential for Shopify! Their sections offer incredible customizations and the customer service is amazing. I’ve used many other plus-and-play themes, sections, and developers and Section Store is by far my first choice.

I am a loyal customer across 8 of your stores, but I'm extremely disappointed with your customer service. I've sent multiple inquiries about issues with newly added store sections, but received ZERO responses. After following up, still nothing. I was forced to leave a 1-star review just to get some attention. Problems: Customer service never responds to inquiries Multiple unresolved issues across all 8 stores New store sections creating complications No follow-up or acknowledgment This is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I deserve better support. If I don't get a response TODAY, I will: Leave detailed reviews on all 8 stores Uninstall the app Share my experience widely Please respond immediately with a resolution plan, or I will have no choice but to leave negative reviews and move on.

This app is perfect. I wish I found it sooner when I first started building my website. It has everything you need to customise your website exactly how you want it, and all the sections are very cost effective. Great customer service, very quick to assist.

We use several of the section store theme sections on our site and we love how they elevate our customers user experience. It makes our designers job easier and their team is extremely responsive when an issue arises with our store theme.

I've bought 3 different sections from section store. To display multiple tabs in one section, to set up an amazing carrousel for a collection, and to customize contact forms. Sections are working well, and when I contacted support for small enhancements they reacted fastly and efficiently. Integration with my 2.0 theme (Motto) is working well.
