They're always fast to provide support when you need it. Feature requests are typically implimented quickly.

I purchased the Footer-3 section and it looks great. Initially the view on a tablet was a bit visually unbalanced (the mobile and PC views were great). I couldn't see how to fix this so I emailed a request for help. Within about 2 minutes I had a reply and they had fixed the code in my shop to display exactly as I wanted it to on a tablet within about 10 minutes! just brilliant!

We found the sections we bought really useful, we have no had to uninstall the app due to the extended access to confidential data that the app is asking for. It has been raised with the developers and hopefully they will change this in the future.

Sections all look polished and are easily customizable. Really sped up the design process and improved the look of my online store.

Have been using Section Store (SS) for a while now. It's a really great way to keep your site up to date with trends, without having to make too much time consuming changes. The in-house support is always more than willing to help and always goes the extra mile. SS always brings out relevant sections that fills the current market gap! Truly such a great concept.

brilliant app, meant I could customise my website without having to spend hundreds on a theme or developer. I will be using this for any website updates. I also had one glitch with a section and emailed the help team. they sorted this out within the hour. very good customer service

The idea of a one-time fee is appealing, but some conversion blocks are currently only available through a subscription model and cannot be purchased individually as a one-time purchase. Once the subscription expires, I no longer have access to these sections. This is not clearly mentioned or explained and is very disappointing. I tried to get a clear understanding of this, but the support team does not answer questions clearly. I have to ask multiple times to receive a straightforward response. Overall, I am not satisfied with the support experience.

Just a complete waste of money. It says it works with your theme but it really does not. There was no way to change the font and my site is very font dependent and it kept literally glitching. Such a great idea but such poor execution. =(

So far super helpful and responsive. Have installed just the one section so far which was fairly straightforward and no glitchs as yet. Keen to discover others will lift conversions for my store. Thanks team :-)

There are so many beautiful options to customize your website. Love that these are a one-time charge instead of a subscription!

In the beginning, they were great, but they have not only increased pricing but also set much higher pricing for Shopify Plus sites, and now they are restricting 'standard' users' functionality in lieu of charging for a Section Store Plus membership at $15 a month, purposefully limiting the section. THEY HAVE ADOPTED A NICKLE AND DIME POLICY THAT IS A BIG TURNOFF FOR ME. What once seemed like a 'growth through volume' company has become 'profit from requiring a monthly membership, or you get a limited version.' Not cool, not cool at all.

Honestly, choosing Section Store was one of the best decisions I made. The quality of the sections is outstanding — clean, flexible, and perfect for building a premium-looking Shopify store. I’ve purchased several sections, and the final result looks far better than any expensive premium theme. What truly sets them apart is their support. Every email I sent was answered extremely quickly, and after the necessary access was provided, they fixed the issue in my Shopify store quickly and professionally. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail — I barely had to do anything. This level of responsiveness, expertise, and communication is rare. I can confidently recommend Section Store to anyone who wants a polished, high-quality store rather than a generic template.
