I spend a lot of money optimizing my store speed and cleaning up destructive, irrelevant code. This app will give you custom sections that will weigh your store down and cause you to pay even more. This was not worth it at all. I want a refund for the sections I purchased...

The section store theme section is not working with newer updated themes. The Review Section I purchased can only be placed in the header section - which isn't helpful. I reached out to the seller for a refund, but he kept dodging it suggesting that I am using an outdated theme, which I am not. Finally giving up on it and found a more affordable, better, functional app with good support team.

Prior to adding the sections, I spent hundreds with a developer to speed up my store and my store had been the fastest it’s ever been. Since then, I’ve compressed all my images and been super selected with the apps I’ve downloaded to not hinder my speed. I’m not a developer by nature but I followed the developer's recommendations. So I trusted this app’s claims that it would not slow down my store, unfortunately it did. My store slowed down significantly! My store speed went from a 2.42 second load time to close to 8 seconds! I reached out to the developers of this app to tell them this, I was requesting an exchange because I thought a text based section would be better since the scrolling collections sections was the issue and basically told they can’t do anything about it and it’s not their app. I was also told to reach out to a Shopify experts to help with this matter. Be careful with this app and the sections.

Update: they still just give you a feeling as if its your problem, and they dont want to refund. Will report them soon. We also experienced that this company helps you 50% of the time. They answer your supportm request, but they never help. We found many of their sections AND KEEP IN MIND, you first know about these flaws AFTER you bought them, and they NEVER refund, that these sections cant be changed in witdh which makes them almost unusable and other has cosmetic and design flaws. On the tip to be a scam, if you ask us. These flaws you first know when you bought them, if you mention it after you bought it they dont answer.

Ich habe eine Comparison-App gekauft, die nicht für mobile Geräte optimiert ist. In den 90ern wäre das vielleicht noch akzeptabel gewesen – heute aber völlig wertlos da mittlerweile die Mehrheit ein Handy hat . Echt schade!

Great sections but they don't have a live chat and say they respond to queries within 24 hours, but it's been 5 days since I've asked for some assistance with formatting issues on a section I purchased and I haven't had any help. Very frustrating.

The section is not working as it should and the answer that I got from customer support was “we’ve got more important customers, su go ahead and resolve the problem yourself “

Trash !!!!!! It's not working !!!!!

I just purchased section 'Video grid #4', and every time I try to add it to the theme I get a pop up message: 'Install Failed'. I purchased the section because it said 'Compatible with all Shopify themes'... And I'm still awaiting a reply from the Developers.

Generally cool. Just my section suddenly disappeared. I couldn't reproduce it. Support doesn't answer.

Bought multiple sections, only been using 2/8 bought because of the problems they cause. Also the support never answered on my emails. Might delete this review if something changes, but overall i am dissapointed. Hope the support might answer here.

Misleading Product Images and Poor Customer Service I recently purchased a section from Section Store, but the product I received was not what was advertised. The image clearly showed a different section than what was delivered, which feels like a case of mis-selling. When I reached out to their support team for assistance, they refused to issue a refund or provide any help in resolving the situation. I found the customer service unhelpful and disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing from this store, as their product images are misleading and their customer service fails to resolve issues in a satisfactory manner.

The sections did not work with my theme (Impact theme). They refuse to refund you at all. Probably the worst customer service experience I've had in a very long time.

My store started crashing after I added several sections. I tried contacting support but haven't received a reply after about a week. I emailed Daniel separately trying to get any help and didn't get any reply after several days. I'm quite disappointed. I already recommended this app to several friends but now I'm getting back to them cause they may destroy their store AND get 0 support fixing it.

Web Devs here. Half of the sections (the embeded ones) are not working, and the support is the worst. They reply in 1-2 days with unrelevant things, they do not solve the problem. They do not care at all. You just loose 9$ every time you purchase one, with the luck that it will maybe work.

I just bought the #13 features section and on mobile there is no small text. I can edit the headlines and under text but if I switch it mobile the small texts just completly disappear. It doesn't make sense if I can't even edit it on mobile. I want a refund!
