I purchased several sections, but the installation kept failing and the plugin was completely unusable. I emailed for help but received no reply. Perhaps most people use this plugin without problems, but they completely ignore the customer service for the minority who encounter issues. Think twice before choosing this service.

The idea of a one-time fee is appealing, but some conversion blocks are currently only available through a subscription model and cannot be purchased individually as a one-time purchase. Once the subscription expires, I no longer have access to these sections. This is not clearly mentioned or explained and is very disappointing. I tried to get a clear understanding of this, but the support team does not answer questions clearly. I have to ask multiple times to receive a straightforward response. Overall, I am not satisfied with the support experience.

Just a complete waste of money. It says it works with your theme but it really does not. There was no way to change the font and my site is very font dependent and it kept literally glitching. Such a great idea but such poor execution. =(

Every store i've had there's been constant issue with the sections. Supposedly easy to install but you need to add custom coding that doesn't always work. 1/12/26 Update I am still constantly disappointed with this company. You can send an email for help and they'll pick out one issue, neglecting the rest, reply saying they fixed it, and due to not even checking behind themselves, NOT remedy the issue. Unfortunately there aren't many section apps like this so it's like you have to pay for these sections and receive this terrible service as startup businesses that can't afford custom coders. We trust our business storefronts with app companies like this, and section glitches can dramatically affect store perfomance and more importantly conversion rates. I haven't had one experience where i've bought a section and didn't have to submit a ticket for glitches. DO BETTER

I am a loyal customer across 8 of your stores, but I'm extremely disappointed with your customer service. I've sent multiple inquiries about issues with newly added store sections, but received ZERO responses. After following up, still nothing. I was forced to leave a 1-star review just to get some attention. Problems: Customer service never responds to inquiries Multiple unresolved issues across all 8 stores New store sections creating complications No follow-up or acknowledgment This is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I deserve better support. If I don't get a response TODAY, I will: Leave detailed reviews on all 8 stores Uninstall the app Share my experience widely Please respond immediately with a resolution plan, or I will have no choice but to leave negative reviews and move on.

Worst customer service so far with an app. Not only the section I bought was not compatible, when I contacted them they made the section with the dummy content live on my website and who knows what they did that removed all the customizations I had done and saved. I had to email a couple of times so answer my questions that were clearly stated in the first email as it was all half answered. Very disappointed. I had really high hopes with this app.

Do not use this sections, they will make your store not work properly. They also , with my naive premission edited something on my webstie so their section would work properely , and since then the original shopify apps are not working as they should, also with only two sections active the page is loading slower than usual!

Staff refuse a refund even though their app doesn't function on my store utterly against the law in Australia!

I bought 3 sections from this app because their FAQ clearly says the sections work with all Shopify themes and require no coding skills. Unfortunately, that turned out to be false. • Out of 3 sections, only one worked. • The testimonial section (#28) didn’t display at all. When I contacted support, they admitted it was a conflict with my theme and offered me an exchange, but I don’t want an exchange — I expected it to work as advertised. • The product page videos section couldn’t even be added to my product page. Support told me to follow instructions for “Shopify 1.0” which required manual coding (exactly what they promised wasn’t necessary). Even after following those steps, it still didn’t work. • The third section doesn’t look like the demo they show on their store. I contacted support multiple times asking for a refund but got no reply. Overall, very disappointing experience. The product did not match the claims, and the lack of response makes it worse.

Not all of the sections perform properly on your store and they glitch your entire site. No one to directly contact to fix or take accountability for the issue. What a disappointment.

I installed the Bundles #2 app, but it doesn't work. The goal is for the product to appear in the shopping cart when I add it. However, it won't. I need help ASAP, please.

It never works like its displayed, you will need custom coding for it to work or look anything like its displayed on the app preview, very bad and rude customer service, its will take days of back and forth for it to even work properly on site. typical app, over promise and under deliver.
