Love this app and how much you can really customize your search! And even more so, love how helpful the support team is!!! They made so many custom changes for us, like helping with the layout, coding, and technical work :) This app has already helped a ton, after installing it we've alreday noticed huge decreases in our bounce rates.

The customer service team is quick to respond and very helpful. We encountered a couple of bugs and they promptly escalated the issues to their developers, who worked on resolving them for us.

Great Customer Service!

This app is fantastic. Every time I've wanted to customize something, the feature/field to do so was available. I reached out to support for one customization I couldn't figure out, and they (Umida) replied within a few minutes with such a great simple to follow solution (which of course they had already built in as a feature)

Searchanise support was very quick to help me with my issues. 10/10 would work with them again.

Excellent customer support! The support team was very responsive and helpful in implementing the collection filters. They provided clear instructions and multiple solutions to choose from. Their method worked perfectly for our needs, and the setup process was straightforward. While we're still exploring additional features, the basic implementation met our requirements and the support experience has been outstanding.

The Searchanise.io customer service team is excellent. They successfully made the changes we couldn't implement on the front end. Although there might be a bit of a learning curve, the Searchanise team is always ready to help if you reach out. Overall, it's a great app, and we would recommend it.

It's a great app with many features. The filter tree is very helpful ad customizable. The app is great for improving your store's UI. The support team is highly responsive and are great at figuring out what you need.

Powerful filter and search app with granular control over almost any aspect you can think of. Fairly priced so that even small companies can have access to these tools. Excellent and prompt customer service. Sophia gladly spent a lot of time creating a modification that we needed.

Searchanise fills the gaps that Shopify can't or won't. We use them because Search & Discovery won't allow filtering of as many products as we have in some collections. They also do 60 day best selling, so your sort order isn't locked into prioritizing some product that you blew out two years ago. They have so many features, and so many options to optimize. The fact is, if you need features beyond Search & Discovery you end up needing a service like Searchanise. Many of these are egregiously expensive or a huge drag on performance. Searchanise is neither. Their core app is really easy on performance. Their biggest performance drawback is a reliance on jquery, which usually takes longer to load than their app. Overall though, they try hard and provide incredibly responsive support. They help you work through issues and provide support to your developers for customizations. Shout out to Ksenya for helping us fix some of our more persistent issues. The impression I get is that the Searchanise team is always improving, and in this with us when it comes to plugging the gaps in Shopify's capabilities.
