I have never seen a worse customer support agent than Pia. She is unhelpful, responds to my messages extremely late, and sometimes I even forget the issues I reported because of the delays. None of my problems have been resolved. Despite paying for this app, I’ve lost trust because of employees like Pia. The support team definitely needs to be reviewed and improved.
