I've just had one query about the app so far which is a new addition to my website. My question was answered very promptly by Bryan, with an easy to follow guide which was really helpful. Excellent service so far - thank you.

I have just installed the app, set-up was pretty easy. I opted to ask for the branding to be removed. Pete was the one that responded in the chat and he was very pleasant, sent me articles to get me started. I look forward to learning how to use this app successfully!

New to Shopify and got an education about apps and what they really included. Looked at 6 different Loyalty Point Apps and Rivo was clearly the best. Not even a close call. Very versatile, easy to set up and great support. I was sold on the app but had a few questions about how I could offer the program that I wanted to set up. Contacted customer support (great chat feature) and got Pete. Great communicator, great recommendations and great response. Triple Awesome. No alternative recommendations. GO RIVO.
