Very fast, super nice support that responds to questions very quickly!

We've been looking for a Rewards and loyalty Program app for quite some time now. Rivo is the clear winner. Arianne was fantastic to chat with and answered any questions I had. Most importantly, she was attentive and kind. It's a win-win for us, as it shows us that the Rivo Team is about building a connection and relationship with all their customers, which aligns perfectly with our brand values.

This app is legit. Super easy to navigate and a ton of customization. Still learning as we go but the support team, Abbie specifically, has been incredibly helpful, responsive and overall amazing.
