We haven't used the app to it's fullest yet, but the support team (especially Arianne) are AMAZING! I've tested nearly 5 loyalty apps, and none of them come close to Rivo. Rivo is fully customizable, is flexible, and most importantly, has the best support team!! Plus, Arianne was able to gave me perks that will make our experience with this app the best it can be. Just installed this app. Chatted to Jel from support who walked me through the app and helped me find the free plan. For a small business like ours, it it refreshing that developers offer free plans so we can get started and build our business with some meaningful apps.
