(Updated Review 8/12) Rivo is a great app at an affordable price. We had a hiccup in the past, but they sincerely took ownership of the problem and made it right. Don't pass on Rivo, your customers will thank you.

I have only just begun using the Rivo app for my website, so I cannot really speak to the app itself. The customer service, however, absolutely TOP NOTCH! Arianne answered my questions and helped to make sure I am set up and ready to rock with Rivo on my Shopify store. It has taken me a little while to get everything set up - not because it's confusing necessarily, but because there are so many awesome things you can do with the app. I did have some initial issues with the integration with Klaviyo and setting things up on that end. But Bryan (with Rivo) helped me out quickly and even created a "test" account to help to make sure it was working from his end! Thank you so much!
