We have been using Rivo for just about a year now across both of our websites. We have been so happy with the Loyalty program, it's setup, and it's response from our customers! We had a small issue with our page displaying that made us reach out to the customer service chat, and Arianne was incredible!!! She narrowed down the problem (it was a code issue that seems to have been edited somehow over the last year ... ). She was such a pleasure to deal with, fixed it right away, and was beyond helpful. Based on this customer service alone I would recommend Rivo to anyone looking for an in-depth Loyalty and Referral program!

We haven't used the app to it's fullest yet, but the support team (especially Arianne) are AMAZING! I've tested nearly 5 loyalty apps, and none of them come close to Rivo. Rivo is fully customizable, is flexible, and most importantly, has the best support team!! Plus, Arianne was able to gave me perks that will make our experience with this app the best it can be.
