Der Support ist herausragend! Die App ist sehr selbsterklärend und gut durchdacht. Wir müssen sie noch vollständig integrieren, bin mir aber sicher, dass sie uns hilft Neukunden zu gewinnen. Mich stört nur, dass die Übersetzungen in Deutsch fehlen.

The app is very well thought out and everything makes sense and is very well structured. It is a good support for us in building up our customer base. Big thanks also to Paul from the support team who helped us very quickly and in a friendly manner.

Excellent. Pete provides a great service to me and he even help to unlock some feature in the paid-plan for me to test out. Great great service. So far, I am still testing but I think RIVO is a good app to try, easy interface and nice customer service. Most importantly, the price is reasonable.

I recommend this app, just for the customer service (no, not only just for that reason) You know the customer service is good when there is a gif option in the chat... BRYAN - give that man a raise..... then raise it again..... he helped me with the technology, made me laugh and made my day all in one chat. I honestly cannot begin to describe how lucky you are to have people like this working for you. Bryan, thank you for the laughs. I might just get stuck on something else just to pop back on.... Great app and easy to navigate. Even with the free features, it's more than capable to start our loyalty program.
