Only just got started with Rivo but had an amazing first experience with their customer support. Seems Rivo was certainly the right choice to make as a loyalty program app.

The supporting team is excellent, very quick response and helpful. Especially shouting out for Jel. All the features are easy to use. And the app is with great value. I really like the idea of tiered loyalty programme. The only thing is I really want the feature that the customer could have discount on every order they make once they reach certain tier rather than one-time off discount. I'll be so happy to update my plan as long as this feature becomes available.

Dan was very helpful! I was having trouble for HOURS trying to customize our widget and he fixed this in under 5 minutes. Highly recommend Rivo.

This isn’t my first loyalty app I have used, but so far it does exactly what I need for a small business. I can’t yet afford the costly apps with all the bells and whistles, but this one hits the mark. It’s straightforward and reliable, and I’m more than happy with it.
