This app has no customer service. The support for this app is not worth the price. It has constant bugs for payment, item management and has no real clear instructions for setting up. Our SKUs have lost their original SKU and the replaced with something the app felt would be better and pushed that Reverb. Had a ticket open that was ignored for two weeks and trying to contact their live support is irritating as they go AFK whenever they feel like. Edit: Support reached out to resolve the issue and did it with some gusto. The support special worked quickly after diagnosing the issue. Hopefully in the future they continue to practice urgency when resolving tickets.
