Constant issues with this app. Customers are unable to receive return labels via the return prime portal. When I send the error code to their customer support team, they keep giving incorrect information as to why the labels are not being delivered. They blame it on the shopify apollo graph ql integration that is built into shopify plus stating that its a user permission issue when it is not the case. All-in-all, the support team and app capabilities has downgraded. They had a team member named Shubaum who was very helpful but now there seems to be a leadership issue getting their support team to assist their customers. And don't get me started on the functionality of their return/exchange portal for customers. Customers have to process each item individually vs just selecting multiple items and processing. It's been an issue with RP for a while now and they keep stating its fixed but it's not. Shipstation is about to launch a return/exchange portal that is included in the shipstation subscription and as soon as that goes live we'll be migrating our services to that platform because the return prime team has not been helpful.

The Return & Exchange system has a user-friendly admin interface that makes it easy for every department to understand and use. During onboarding, the real-time support was especially helpful for first-time users, and the ability to share screenshots directly in chat made it much easier to get assistance with display or setting issues. Overall, it’s been a huge help in resolving a wide range of problems quickly and efficiently.

Hands down the best value return app I've found. Support is excellent too. And by best value, I don't mean less functionality. The functionality matches other more expensive apps too. If you're a small firm without the budget for some of the more well known return apps, you won't be disappointed choosing this one. Extremely bad experience. Since the start, have been facing many issues. Prepaid refunds not being done. 2 products return not integrated with Inventory management platform. Have to do many things manually. Support system is weak and things are not getting resolved on priority. Team changes the settings in backend without intimation which again leads to major issue. Not really happy. Will not recommend this. Genuine review.
