I'd rate it 5* if not for the error that prevents me from opening the app in Firefox or Safari. In Safari it's just a blank page. We have to restrict certain states and cities from ordering products due to legal regulations. The support team made it easy by letting us send them a list of zip codes to restrict and they configured numbers of them in record time. When we get updates, we just send that list to the support team and they knock it out. Plus, the app validates on the cart screen with the shipping estimator which made it prompt for zip code twice. The support team was able to reconfigure it so it prompts the user once and passes the zip to the other popup. The fast resolution to our specific needs is well worth the subscription costs.

This app is simple to use and the support offered is first class. They quickly customised our message and the site was updated immediately.

Zero support after 3 days. App is buggy, refuses to load often and after 100 post codes added to the list would not let us add or save any more. Reached out to support numerous times - no reply.
