We have to restrict certain states and cities from ordering products due to legal regulations. The support team made it easy by letting us send them a list of zip codes to restrict and they configured numbers of them in record time. When we get updates, we just send that list to the support team and they knock it out. Plus, the app validates on the cart screen with the shipping estimator which made it prompt for zip code twice. The support team was able to reconfigure it so it prompts the user once and passes the zip to the other popup. The fast resolution to our specific needs is well worth the subscription costs.

Zero support after 3 days. App is buggy, refuses to load often and after 100 post codes added to the list would not let us add or save any more. Reached out to support numerous times - no reply.

A simple but effective add-on to the Shopify cart to prevent users from proceeding to checkout unless they enter an eligible zip code first. You can specify the zip codes one by one, or use wildcards. The support from the app maker is excellent and they are super responsive, 7 days a week. I would highly recommend this app look for a shipping restriction solution.
