The app itself is solid, but the communication with Lyla is extremely frustrating. I initially contacted support with a question and she helped right away. She immediately asked for a review, but I didn’t have time to leave one because I was still in the middle of setting up the app on my site. When I returned to the chat to ask for additional help, I was completely ignored. I sent multiple follow-up messages and received no response at all. It feels like I was simply ghosted. Her icon is green and shows shes online receiving my requests for help but no response. Very frustrating to be ignored when setting up this app.

Request a Quote app has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had an urgent issue where prices were still showing on product and collection pages. Haley jumped on it straight away, arranged collaborator access, and had their developer fix it fast. Then a new issue popped up with variant behaviour and add to cart. They fixed that just as quickly. After that, I asked for a couple of custom tweaks to match our theme, including the quote form font and the quote button behaviour on collection pages. Again, they handled it without fuss and even provided a Loom video to confirm the changes. Every message was clear, fast, and helpful. No back and forth. No delays. Just solutions. Huge thanks to Haley for being on top of everything.

This app is a great way to allow custom items in our catalog to be quoted on instead of being directly sent to the checkout. The company was also fantastic to work with and provided the additional changes I needed to integrate this app with our website.
