The support is reliable, and it’s a really great app. It also has solid multilingual support, making it easy to use.

SA Quote app is in my opinion in the top two best quoting apps on the Shopify App Store. I started with Quotify, but u fortunately that app was incompatible with Smart Shop Filters and Search App which helped customers get advanced filtering for product collection and search pages. The Smart Shop Filters and Search App recommended SA Quoting Shopify App. The customer service for SA Quoting app has been great! The SA Quoting app does lack some features but has pretty much everything you need to get customers to send in quote requests.

The support was prompt and efficient. I was looking for an option to redirect the user to a thank you page after submitting a quote request.

Whenever I encounter issues with my settings, the support team always resolves them quickly. SA Request a Quote is my go-to choice on Shopify, and several of my stores are using it. From its intuitive interface to its powerful features, this app perfectly meets my needs. The support team is not only professional but also incredibly responsive. Every time I run into an issue, I receive prompt assistance, saving me a lot of hassle.

1. Solution onboarding: User friendly with wizards. Fast and easy implementation for non technical users. Useful condition tool to define RFQ scenario. 2. Value added features: A separate RFQ checkout form is bundled with this app. Customisation is easy. Upon form submission, admin can define specific redirect url for analytics. App allows creation of basic auto email reply. 3. App Stability & theme integration: Very good. Seamless integration. Developers are committed to regular updates to improve UI/UX and integration with latest shopify edition releases. 4. Aftersales support: 5 stars - responsive via live chat & email. 5. Cons: To enjoy most of the features, you'd have to go for paid version as free version only allows 5 quotes/month. Auto responder email comes in basic editable template. Effort is needed to build a modern looking auto reply email.

In the main this was very easy to setup and get going. There were a few things I needed and style issues after install, and customer service were onto this extremely quickly, making adjustments to suit my needs.

The form is fully customizable, so I can collect exactly the info I need from clients, and the email notifications keep me on top of every request. Converting quotes to orders is a breeze too. Plus, the support team was quick to help when I had a small glitch—fixed in less than a hour! Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to streamline their quote process and boost customer engagement.
