Great support for any questions I had- bot seems to be performing well based on information available to it. I have been monitoring the chats and seeing what information is missing in the product descriptions etc and once changed the responses are changed which is really great!

We had talks with a few other of the "popular" guys (one starts with a Z *wink wink*), and they wanted us to commit to a year long contract without a free trial (what?!). The team at Rep has been super helpful from Adam on the sales team, Yoav the CEO jumping in and helping when we had some trouble setting up an A/B test, to Dafi who is our Client Success Manager that I meet with frequently who is constantly helping us with new ways to optimize our account. Like Rep claims, it pays for itself and should be a no brainer if you are looking for an AI chatbot to add to your stack!

Best app for the money, for sure! It's easy to use and helps my customers (I think). It saves me a lot of time. It's only too bad that you can actually get some of the more personalized features at the €299 per month mark. That's something I cannot afford, which is too bad. Other than that it's the perfect app for your store.
