I wanted to love it but when I go in and look at the chat records, it seems like most people are leaving them feeling kind of annoyed and frustrated. It's very much what you would expect from talking to AI... Lots of confident-sounding answers that often don't actually address the question the customer is asking and lead to circular conversations. Sometimes it's great and fully on point but the thing you can't measure that worried me is all the people who were turned off by the experience. As I think we all know by now, AI is alluring to us as business owners but the public seems to have some pretty strong negative feelings about it and it's a bit of a tightrope. For this reason I'm pulling the plug for now.

We REALLY loved this app, however the pricing did seem misleading so be aware that there is a significant price jump from what is shown as a starter price to a more robust menu of features. In all of our tests of AI chat Apps, REP was by far our favourite - and the easiest to use. However.... the inability to modify some AI replies without jumping to $500 a month was a deal breaker and led to us uninstalling.
