The app is malfunctioning and it breaks the whole cart and add to cart, the support is answering but the fix is taking more than 2 weeks right now.

Its been 10 days that I havent been able to contact, via whatsapp or email and around 30-40 days trying to withdraw my payments, I have ~2.000$ there, also, one of the platform admin stopped responding on whatsapp also,.. everything is suspicious, but the platform still operating 100% of deliveries and dashboard, being able to confirm orders, ship, etc... and the shippings are getting deliveried, so, there is people working there, they just dont want to answer us!!! please, help me, and you probably need to pass this to your supervisor since releaseit is partnered with them. Además, uno de los administradores de la plataforma dejó de responder por WhatsApp... todo es sospechoso, pero la plataforma sigue funcionando al 100% con las entregas y el panel de control, pudiendo confirmar pedidos, enviar, etc., y los envíos se están realizando. It’s a great app, but i still don’t recommend it for Algerians because of the incorrect wilaya (province) numbers, which cause confusion for customers when choosing their wilayas, even though I contacted support and explained the issue to them, they stopped at telling me that i could create a custom wilaya list without the ability to set delivery prices for each wilaya, a solution worse than the problem itself

This plugin gets disconnect automatically and they do not even store orders anywhere in the system. So do not install this plugin if you do keep checking your dashboard

App stopped working and lost many order, because customer wasn't able to complete order. They ask me to reinstall, which make me subscribe to their plan again.

Since December 23rd, this application has experienced issues where customers cannot place orders, and the app management interface cannot be opened. As a last resort, I had to uninstall it. When I reinstalled it yesterday, the paid plan was no longer active and reverted to the free plan. Despite reaching out to the official support team, I have not received any response. Additionally, since the uninstallation, my Facebook pixel tracking has been malfunctioning and failing to provide accurate data. I have now discontinued the use of Releasit COD Form.

Very Disappointing Experience & Financial Loss I have been using this app with a paid 1-year plan, not the free plan. Unfortunately, on December 23rd, 2025, the app suddenly stopped working. We did not receive any warning email in advance. Because of this issue: • Orders stopped going through • My store was blocked on a free plan without my consent • I lost sales during peak hours • I lost over $200 in paid advertisements because orders were not processing After 24 hours, the team finally sent an email asking us to uninstall and reinstall the app. When I reinstalled it, my 1-year paid plan was completely gone, and the app treated my account as if I was on a free plan. This caused: • Missed orders in the morning • Direct financial loss • Wasted ad budget • Stress and damage to my business operations For an app that handles orders and revenue, this level of downtime, lack of communication, and loss of paid plans is unacceptable. If you are running a serious business and spending money on ads, be very careful. An app issue like this can cost you real money, and the support response was too late. I expect: • Restoration of my paid 1-year plan • Compensation or at least accountability for the losses • Better communication before critical issues happen Very disappointing experience.

We experienced multiple outages on two Shopify stores using Releasit COD Form. The app went down during live ad campaigns, preventing customers from completing orders. After following support’s advice to uninstall and reinstall, the app failed again shortly after, causing additional ad spend and revenue losses. There was no prior outage notification, which made it impossible to pause ads in time. Support was responsive and polite, but for a checkout-critical app, reliability and real-time incident alerts are essential. If you’re running ads, make sure you have a backup checkout solution.

Service outage lasting over 24 hours and still ongoing. No updates, no status notifications, no communication at all. Unacceptable reliability for a COD form app.

el formulario no funciona me hicieron perder mucho dinero deverdad y cuandoel formulario deja de funcionar tampoco avisan a nadie y la campañas siguen gastando

ME HAN HECHO PERDER 300 euros!!!! La aplicacion dio un falo ayer y no registra ventas por lo que todo el dinero invertido ayer en publicidad se ha ido a la basura!!! Y seguro que no me devuelven una parte, ni me compensan de ninguna manera. Ahora para cobrar son rapidisimos. Es mucho mas segura la app: EasySell COD Form, y me voy a ella a no ser que me compensen como minimo esa cantidad. HORRIBLE APP!!!! Sigue inactiva, me sale: ApolloError Response not successful: Received status code 500 y un boton de contacto que no funciona, asi que he puesto: EasySell COD Form para poder seguir funcionando, TODO MAL y ya es la 2a vez que me pasa este error! Si no me dan una compensación se acabó esta app
