HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We saw some extra charge on our billing statement, and reached out to understand why. The customer service was BEYOND unhelpful, simply copy-pasting their FAQ about general pricing. Was not able to confirm which plan we were on, what charge we were supposed to have on a monthly basis, and what was the extra charges applied there, except that it's "dynamic pricing". When I try to find the cancel subscription button, it was also invisible. They will charge extra for something you don't even know, and they won't do anything about it when you ask basic questions. So if you want to have extra surprises charges on your statement, and no clues as to why, please choose this app.

terrible rip off

Would have put zero if if was possible. The app is a complete joke. 1. Most clients were not shown with the offers. 2. Multi currency is according to the customer support not supported by the app BUT few clients in multi were showned the offers. 2. Post purchase is not compatible if you have discount on your store. Customer service is really trying their best to solve problems but the app just sucks. The dev team definetly needs to work harder.

new update is very bad

The upsell offer only shows to less than 10% of customers

App is not working with new Stripe update, but ReConvert does not know about it and will just keep you busy without any further help. Constantly received wrong information and then someone else from the team would advise the complete opposite. Confusing communication, very disappointing considering you spend hours setting everything up and they are not able to tell you what the problem is after days and then another app just tells you it is because of stripe within 2 minutes. Total waste of my time the past week

Stupidly expensive app. Taking money not just on the orders created through post-purchase but based on your stores own hard earned orders is unfair. This app resulted in 2 extra small discounted orders totalling $28 but charged $80 because our store has many unrelated orders. Stay clear! Looking at a few of their 5 star reviews they seem fake. Stay clear this app is a scam

I am beyond furious with this app and its shady business practices. They charged me a whopping $440, which is nearly half of what I made in sales through their app – a mere $900. This is outright robbery, and to make matters worse, they didn’t even bother to provide any details or justification for this outrageous charge. The worst part is, the support team made this entire experience a nightmare. Their complete lack of communication, unhelpful responses, and eventual radio silence left me stranded with no one to turn to for help. This is, hands down, the worst support I have ever encountered from any app or service.

Don't get any post purchases now that the app has been updated. How can I get the Original version back?

Molto pessima come app. Non funzionale e assistenza al quanto discutibile. inoltre alla richiesta di rimborso per addebiti non dovuti si nascondo dicendo che l'app non era correttamente disinstallata. Piccolo particolare, pure la fatture riportano la dicitura "app disinstallata". Una stella forse è troppo

O APLICATIVO ERA PERFEITO, SIMPLES E FÁCIL DE CONFIGURAR.. DEPOIS DA ATUALIZAÇÃO FICOU UMA PORCARIA E MUITO DIFICIL PARA CONFIGURAR ALGUM FLUXO!!

I'm downvoting this app because of it's pricing greed. On-top of an expensive monthly subscription that also want 0.75% of your upsell profits. There are many cheaper apps that do just what reconvert does and don't get greedy with pricing. I signed up legacy before the pricing greed. I had been a reconvert user for many years. The new version is harder to use and greedier and missing the most important "double your order" feature which was the best feature of original reconvert. This is a thumbs down from me now.

consistently puts the wrong order in your shipping program and costs you a fortune shipping wrong items. Not happy with this at all. Over time we get more complaints about the constant popups trying to upsell. I have replied multiple times and you have not responded. Your support is horrible id you can't even receive an email and it's not my obligation to fix your app.

My shopify store has been inactive for two years. This company, without my permission, started charging me for their subscription when I never agreed to any fees. Avoid!!

I installed this app in 2019 when it has a forever FREE plan to a small test store with very little traffi, so no intention to use paid apps, and I just realised that they keep charging me $4.99 since last August (8 times already) I contacted their support and they refunded one month only that was double charged in the first month and they choose not to reply anymore...
