Be cautious, as they add advertisements to your thank you page without your consent. This is unbelievable and ridiculous. They claimed they sent an email about it, but how does that justify placing ads on our thank you page? What if we missed the email? This is the worst idea ever.

Terrible ! Blocked my site ! They couldnt resolve problem!

Worst app ever. Set up is a joke. Nothing makes any sense and all options are hidden. Save yourself some time and frustration get any other upsell app. Guaranteed all the positive reviews are seed reviews created by them because nobody in their right mind would subject themselves to the level of frustration this app provides.

Still being charged despite having uninstalled the app

They launch new versions of the app which require you to rebuild all of your funnels. You can't update or migrate your funnels which you have spent hours building, the only option is to rebuild them from scratch. Customer support were unable to assist, except to tell me as we have not upgraded our app to the new version our thank you page upsells have stopped displaying.

Be careful, we have not been using this app for 2 years and they are still happy to accept payment every month. No one reaching out to check why it has not been set up but happy to take your money.

They are charging useless and there team not connecting us to the manager, waiting for reply from last 60 days.

No, just don’t. Yes, we did see an increase in sales, but they were fake. Customers went through checkout but never paid because they selected the “Pay Later” or “Bank Transfer” options—methods we’ve never had before. It got really suspicious when we started receiving 10 identical orders from the same person using the same payment method. None of these orders were actually paid for; they were just placed repeatedly, all with upselling through this app. In one week, they charged over $400 for zero real sales!

Lorsque vous téléchargez l'application, vous n'avez accès à rien. vous devez obligatoirement passer sur un essai de 14 jours et ensuite vous payez. Scandaleux que Shopify ne contrôle pas les apllis proposées et ne filtrent pas les escrocs qui vous promettent du gratuit pour en fait vous faire payer lourdement. En plus pour utiliser cette appli vous devez accepter qu'ils vous prélèvent jusqu'à 2000$/ mois Une belle grosse escroquerie cette application. vraiment une honte de laisser de tels escrocs pululer sur Shopify!!!

I want to complain about the ReConvert plugin! The product page only states that pricing is based on order quantity, but doesn't mention that it's also based on the product value. My store is just starting out, and I happened to receive a $500 order, but ReConvert charged me a monthly fee of $79! This is directly causing me to lose money! Honestly, I don't recommend this plugin for startup sellers with high average order values. Although customer service gave me a $40 discount, a $40 monthly fee is still very high! This plugin isn't for me.

UPDATE: No refund has been given. No credit has been given. The “reaching out of goodwill” was them finding my business socials and leaving a message on Instagram saying “Hi, is someone there?” The instagram page @reconvert.io has since been blocked. Communication via email is preferred. Great professional response down below to save face, however it is not true. The circumstances are 100% the same. I have asked via email to just be left alone at this point. However, there’s been back and forth and now visits to my socials from this company. I have been overcharged for this app even after uninstalling and canceling services. I reached out to Shopify for assistance and was told to contact the app directly to have charges removed. I have paid for the app once and was refilled again because now I had canceled the app 2 days after the charge was applied. Speaking to Ashley, I received no help other than to reinstall the app to receive a credit for the charge. However, I do not need the app so why would i reinstall just to be overcharged more for a service I clearly no longer needed. They will give you the run around if there is ever an issue with billing so be weary… Horrible experience when they could have just offered the credit for a customer who has not used their services after being charged but again was forced to reinstall app o receive credit. Where is the customer service of morality? Other apps sent credit immediately we need more app developers like that, that help small businesses vs taking from them with no accommodations and real support. My advice… Find a better app to use for this. One with integrity.
