We were looking for a flexible, powerful, all-in-one solution for CRO. After some research, we chose Rebuy. Immediately we were able to cut down on the number of 3rd party apps installed on our store. This helped consolidate billing (and save $), decrease complexity (only need to learn 1 tool), improve site speed (less 3rd party scripts) and ultimately, drive revenue for our store. Support is very responsive (shoutout Nam, Jason, Jane, Christian & Keri), docs are comprehensive and the platform is designed very well (modular widgets and data sources allow for flexibility). Post-purchase and cart/checkout upsell revenue alone justifies the cost. Rebuy continues to build new features and we're confident that they will be the right partner for the long term.

We’ve seen a clear lift in AOV and conversion since installing Rebuy—honestly, the results speak for themselves. On top of that, the customer service has been beyond fast and incredibly patient. This app is an excellent add-on for organising promo items, adding accessories and cross-selling. It is a bit complicated to work around if it's not something you do regularly (as a non-IT person) but the customer service online is excellent. Highly recommended.

Can be a little clunky to navigate which is probably the biggest weakness of this platform. That said, it's by far the most powerful and versatile app on the market for all the things it does, with few exceptions. And the real kicker is that their Customer Service team is genuinely one of the most competent and quick to reply that I've ever had the pleasure of leaning on.

The widget is very easy to use and intuitive. When we have had some issues or unable to get a a feature to work, the support team has been great, providing very quick response and solutions, helping us create the necessary widgets to drive our promotions. Highly recommended!

UPDATE: Rebuy was kind enough to reach out to us to help fix the issues we were experiencing. While this app didn't work out for our store in the end, their customer service is exceptional to ensure you are left feeling happy until it's resolved.

The app is great if you can get it working. But you need to have expert web development skills. We signed up, paid $800+ in addition to the $99 /month to have the app + cart built and it was never fully finalized. Glitches in the code were left behind. Bundles were never fully able to be set up because of code errors in the template. We were left to figure everything out on our own, and mislead about how straightforward the app was to use. It is FAR from straight forward and was constantly glitchy and causing products to lose their buy buttons or not discount properly. The hours we spent as a team of 3 trying to troubleshoot this app was probably more costly than anything else.

My Launch Manager Monica did a great job answering all my questions and communicating our customizations needed. The Engineer, Steven, that worked on our site crushed it and well exceeded my evelopment customization expectations. The app started generating revenue for us upon the first day we launched it and I am hopeful it continues to grow our AOV and conversion rate.

Implementing Rebuy was daunting at first, but not once I started working with Dante - the experience and support has been excellent. He is super responsive and goes above and beyond where he can to make sure we get full use of the tool. As a non technical person, I really appreciate his attention to detail and his way of communicating all the features Rebuy offers me without making it too complex. He really demonstrates how Rebuy is a user friendly tool with lots of possibilities!

So impressed by the capabilities of ReBUY, and even more so by the awesome support we've gotten. Their support people walked us through the entire setup process, and even for trickier things we wanted to do, helped us find solutions. They also have the most comprehensive resource guides I've seen for a software company. It's been a great experience so far! Also shoutout to Lam, one of their customer service reps, for staying with us during setup for an extended period of time to make sure we had everything that we needed. A+++

The cross-sell widgets, post-purchase offers, and bundling capabilities have delivered tremendous results. Conversion rates are up, AOV is climbing, and the experience feels tailored without being over-engineered. We’ve fully committed to Rebuy Search & Collections on two of our three stores, and the relevancy is absolutely on par with the best search and discovery platforms out there. Support has been nothing short of stellar. I spend about a third of my time in the platform, so I’ve had plenty of opportunities to vet the support team—and they consistently deliver fast, insightful, and proactive help. Rebuy is clearly pushing to become the only merchandising tool you’ll ever need—and from what I’ve seen so far, they’re well on their way. Highly recommended.

Rebuy has a lot of functions. They pitched and sold me on their service and "Launch" package and after spending all that money, we found out our skus were not compatible. It was a frustrating experience but their customer relations people reached out and offered a refund - which makes all the difference. We're going to try and see if we can rebuild our checkout cart so it's compatible with Rebuy in the future.

Rebuy comes with a lot of useful widgets. Most of the widgets are good. Some of the others, such as Smart Search, can be improved, but the support we have received from Bradley was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing any issues or questions we've had. Recommend.

The help I received from technical support was spot on when I had an issue after updating my theme. The Rebuy app has also increased sales in our shop.
